Vision

We are committed to proactive assessment, reflection and action as we increase our understanding of how we can reduce the impact of systemic racism and sexism within a competitive environment. First Steps Include: Focusing on the Fencing Community.

We are committed to experiment and intentional design of social experiences within developing communities in order to facilitate health, well-being and peak athletic performance for all athletes.

With leadership training in a competitive environment, we can foster greater empathy and understanding of each other and ourselves, while striving to be our best, in order to keep the bend of human evolution towards fairness and justice.

We envision an interconnected sport network aligning the power of competitive sport towards social responsibility. Later steps include branching out and offering support to non revenue based Olympic Sports.

Maslow’s Motivational Model Adapted for Sport

First steps include:

  • Establishing a dedicated training facility for leadership training, sporting events and competitive teams to grow.
  • Scholarships for those with ability and desire, demonstrating need.
  • Teen Leadership Program.
  • National Coach and Referee Training.
  • Equipment Exchange Program.
